We answer. If you reach out, you get a real reply from a real person — most of the time within a day. We measure ourselves by how it feels to be protected by us, not just by what we ship.
We're building publicly. Roadmap changes, incident reports, and the reasoning behind hard decisions go on the record — because trust is something we try to earn every time you log in.
We don't pretend.If we don't know something yet, we'll say so. If we get something wrong, we'll own it. The bar is honesty over polish.
