We're a custodian, not a market.
The identity records you register with AURA are yours. We hold them so we can detect when something matches them, and so you can license them on your terms — and that's the entire reason they're in our care.
We do not sell your identity records. We do not train on them. We do not share them with anyone you didn't explicitly license to. If we ever changed that, you'd hear it from us first — and you could take everything and leave.
You can always see what's yours.
Log in and you see exactly what's protected, what's licensed, what's earning, and what's being challenged. There's no curtain. If something's happening with your likeness, you see it before anyone else does.
Two-factor authentication is on by default. Account access is logged. If anything looks wrong, you can act in seconds.
Protection that survives the bad day.
Backups, hardened infrastructure, and disaster-recovery practices are part of running a service people rely on for their livelihood. We treat “the service is up when you need it” as a foundational promise — not a tier.
If we ever have an incident that affects you, you'll hear about it from us, plainly, with what we're doing about it.
